The payout model, in plain numbers

Every lever below is published, capped, and auditable from your own ledger. If a number here can't be reproduced from the ledger rows on your dashboard, it doesn't ship. To connect a rail and withdraw, head to Payouts.

What a minute costs right now

Live market price · recalculated from the connected feed

$6.00CPM top bid

Current top bid · recalculated when you connect a feed. Sourced from your connected advertiser feed right now — highest CPM wins the minute.

The rule competitors bury: their market price moves hourly with a floor and a per-hour cap — ours is simpler to verify because the auction is the price. Highest bid wins the minute, every minute, and the winning bid is printed on your ledger row.

The levers

What you get Parameters & caps Why it's built this way
Base share — 65% of auction revenue, always on 65% of every winning bid. Publicly committed to 70% once platform revenue passes $50k/month. A share that can change silently is a share you can't plan around. The number is fixed, the upgrade trigger is public, and both live on this page — not in a changelog.
Click bonus — $0.05 per verified click Verified = ≥10s after the impression, ≥2s dwell. Caps: max 5 per day, and clicks ≤25% of your verified monthly impressions. Clicks are the fraud magnet, so verification is strict and the ceiling is hard. Honest users rarely notice the caps; click farms can't survive them.
Tiered earnings floor on user earnings $4.00 CPM-equivalent Tier 1 (US, CA, UK, CH, EEA) · $2.50 Tier 2 (AU, NZ, JP, KR, SG, AE) · $1.25 Tier 3 (rest of world). Geo-payout walls ("US-only") are the laziest fraud control in this industry. Tiered floors keep earning open to more countries while matching regional auction economics.
Referrals — 10% of referee base earnings for 12 months 10% for a full year. Gated: the referee must log ≥60 verified minutes in their first 30 days, or nothing pays out. Referral spam dies when the reward is gated on genuine use. Real users hit 60 minutes in their first day; farmed accounts never do.
Streak bonus — up to +10% +1% per 5 consecutive active days (≥30 verified min/day each day). Caps at +10%. Predictability for advertisers means predictable presence, and the streak bonus rewards exactly that — capped so it stays a garnish, never the meal.
Transparency — winning bid + your exact cut, every row Every ledger row carries the auction's winning bid, your cut, the type, and the country tier. Your 65% is recomputable from your own data at any time. "Trust us" is not an audit trail. If the share is real, showing the bid costs nothing and proves everything.

How we stay honest

Claims we'll make

  • 65% base share, publicly committed to 70% at $50k/mo platform revenue — vs their published 70% base (their FAQ, Sep 2026): an honest tie on paper, and our edge is the written ratchet.
  • Double the referral rate: 10% for 12 months (gated on 60 verified minutes) vs their 5% + 5% newcomer boost for 30 days.
  • $2 payout in 24 hours instead of $10 after a 5-day pending review.
  • Earn in more countries via tiered floors instead of payout-provider coverage walls.
  • See the winning bid and your cut on every impression.

Claims we won't make

  • We won't claim "we pay more than anyone" on base share — the claim is the written ratchet (65% today, 70% at $50k/mo platform revenue), not a bigger number.
  • We won't quote competitor numbers we can't verify ourselves, or imply they've changed since we last checked.
  • We won't promise payout rails we don't have — "rails subject to provider availability" is printed right on the payout table below.

Sustainability: can this math hold?

A payout model is only honest if the platform survives long enough to honor it. Here's the same math we run internally, displayed as-is.

≈27%

platform margin at $6 CPM

≈20%

platform margin at $2 CPM

≈$0.70

break-even CPM

Worked example — 1,000 impressions

  1. 1,000 impressions @ $6 CPM= $6.00
  2. Your base (65%)→ $3.90
  3. Bounded bonuses (clicks + streak, caps applied)≤ $0.55
  4. Platform keeps≥ ~$1.55

The same shape holds at $2 CPM (≈20% margin) and stays positive down to ≈$0.70 CPM. Tier floors and referral costs come out of the platform side — they're the reason the margin is ≈27%, not ≈35%.

Anti-fraud: why the caps exist

Every dollar of fraud is a dollar taken from honest users and honest advertisers. The controls below are the entire list — no mystery heuristics.

Impression verification

An impression counts only while the Mac is awake and unlocked, with a coarse recent-activity signal. Minutes you spend asleep or logged out never bill an advertiser — so they never inflate a balance that then has to be clawed back.

Click verification + caps

≥10s after the impression, ≥2s dwell, max 5/day, ≤25% of verified monthly impressions. Accidental clicks fail verification automatically; deliberate click-farming hits the caps long before it becomes profitable.

Referral gating

Referrals pay only after the referee logs ≥60 verified minutes in their first 30 days. Signup-and-abandon farming produces nothing — there is no payout at zero activity.

90-day clawback

Confirmed fraud (emulators, click scripting, gate-gaming) voids the affected earnings for up to 90 days after they were paid. Honest users never see this; it exists so the honest pool doesn't fund the dishonest one.

Device limits

One earning device per account. A second Mac can run FreeCoffee for convenience, but only the designated earning device accrues impressions — so one person can't be 24 impressions a minute.

What we don't do

No screen capture, no keystroke logging, no file scanning, no window-title hashing — see the data boundary. Fraud controls work on coarse signals and math, not surveillance.

Payout rails

RailMinimumSpeedFees
Standard (24-hour rail) $2 within 24 hours $0
Instant stablecoin $2 seconds $0

Rails subject to provider availability — if a provider can't serve your region, the other rail still applies at the same $2 minimum and $0 fees.
