The short version, in plain words.

FreeCoffee is in an early, staged launch. Some features on this site are previews that use simulated data and are marked as such. Payout rails shown as simulated are not live. These terms are a plain-language summary for the current stage and may change as the service does.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and be old enough to do so.

Earnings are your share of what advertisers actually paid for valid delivered minutes. They are not guaranteed, may be zero, and depend on sponsors, delivery, the auction price and our fraud checks. Earnings can be held, adjusted or reversed if they come from invalid or fraudulent activity.

New earnings stay pending for five days. Withdrawals need $10 available. Payouts are made only through a rail that is shown as live. Taxes on what you earn are your responsibility.

Do not generate fake views or clicks, run the app in a way meant to fool the counting, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Advertisers pay for verified delivery under the ad policy. Bids are first-price: the winner pays its own bid. Your first $100 of media carries no platform fee. We may reject or remove any ad that breaks the ad policy.

The app does not read your screen, files, apps, browser history, window titles, keystrokes or screenshots. The data we do hold is described in the FAQ.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may stop it or change it with reasonable notice. We will tell you what happens to any available balance.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
